"Little Pirates Lost at Sea"

May days glisten with the leaves you're missing in hindsights fluorescent faze
Trodden into the soil like a childs toy waiting to be played
By someone else to figure out just how it's made
Who caught a glimpse of fate's footprints sing his way to Leeds
Lay down in histories

And why is Selby so siginificant we've hardly made a start
On blacktop scars, cast rally cars, we'll audition for the part
Whilst St Georges Bridge will carve a ridge and conquest your heart
Sheer lunacy of philosophy we'll place our flags upon the surface of the moon

Make time your mother
And let a season of feel good factors feed your father on top shelf laughter going faster
Embarrased by the Sun

This is something you only hear about in plus one city scapes
The caberet and generosity displayed
Throughout the land against the back drop of unfound P.O.As
In a rainbow of autumn snow that generates
A slide of impossible weather

Noah and his Ark couldnt call for cover
Or hide a way from a liquid gaze we're forced to smother, lay down low, animals in tow
We'll row our boats back from the shores across solid ground, fame, fire and stars

Stealing cigerettes from lumanaries like little pirates lost at sea
We're pretty pearls in raindrop swirls brought by the breeze
Intrepid days and Jaeger plays we've found a lost love
And what the fuck's on fire anyway this is all a dream
The Wheel House calls us in

We've sold you a hundred thousand times about your photographic state
You cast your eyes up to the sky and reconfigurate
Lifes precious lies and infectious smiles we only seem to escape
Now hold out the sign, reach for a rhyme and take the lead
Make a wish for the wishing

In this adolescent time leave your mother
And let a season of feel good factors, wave back last gasp and hear the last laugh for your father
Rolling his eyes

We'll break back into a world of expectations quaking with calm
Red lined and spoil all the pages we used to plan
And take charge of ruthless whispers, cradle, be mine
The one time greatest motivation couldn't have seen it
Lets just believe it
