"Lipstick and Newspapers"

See those eyes, match-sticks and plastic skin
Cast iron but wearing thin
What have you seen?
Simple things leading to exclamations
Making the same mistakes
Fuck all of your friends

Sometimes there's a chance that you might see me
But most times the chances are I won't hear you

Now i'm lost in an age of unrelied
I've forgotten what's the word to stop
A copybook filled with hope but mostly blots
An explanation past it's sell by date

Believe those lies, lipstick and newspapers
Look at the glassed eye dresses
What have you seen?
My body aches after the same trips
Magnify this glare so I can break through the seams

Sometimes there's a chance that you might see me
But most times the chances are I won't hear you

Now i'm lost in an age of unrelied
I've forgotten what's the word to stop
A copybook filled with hope but mostly blots
An explanation past it's sell by date
And I just can't imagine life without this
Bionic stares as we fall from the cliff
A cataclysmic tide is what we have hit
An everlasting end to hide from our fate

Lets get out and breathe in
Another wasted summer listening to life
Lets get out and breathe in
What's the point in stealing what we've seen

Everytime there's little chance that you will see me

Now i'm lost in an age of unrelied
I've forgotten what's the word to stop
A copybook filled with hope but mostly blots
An explanation past it's sell by date
And I just can't imagine life without this
Bionic stares as we fall from the cliff
A cataclysmic tide is what we have hit
An everlasting end to hide from our fate

Now i'm lost in an age of unrelied
I've forgotten what's the word to stop
A copybook filled with hope but mostly blots
An explanation past it's sell by date
And I just can't imagine life without this
Bionic stares as we fall from the cliff
A cataclysmic tide is what we have hit
An everlasting end to hide from our fate
